The time proven growth model is to sell tune-ups and train your tune-up specialist to convert those single tune-ups to annual service agreements.  The HVAC system replacement sale “closing rate” for service agreement customers is almost three times the sales to non-agreement customers.

You might try a shortcut and market annual service agreements, but we tried every possible combination and selling service agreements just doesn’t work.  You must market tune-ups.
